Hours of Operation

Certified service and guide dogs are permitted at all times. We kindly ask guests to present official BC certification and a visible service vest upon arrival.

We’re excited to introduce Doggy Happy Hour! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join their owners on the boardwalk for the last 2 hours of operation.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• Dogs must remain leashed and well-behaved at all times.

• Dogs must stay on the boardwalk.

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Unattended dogs are not permitted on the property.

Free limited parking available on-site.

Advance purchase is encouraged. That said, you’re also welcome to buy tickets upon arrival, subject to availability.

Due to the natural terrain, our boardwalk currently isn’t wheelchair accessible. We know accessibility is important, and can offer alternative access to the Forest Lounge. For more details, our Guest Services team is happy to help.
